Family & Bulk Packages

Rethink “bulk”! Most families use 6-15 pounds of beef per month ranging from a quarter to over a half beef per year!

Bulk Beef- Most of our product is sold in Bulk or family packages as a breakdown of the whole animal. Standard Cut Bulk packages range from 38 pounds (great if you eat less than one pound of beef per week) to 365+ pounds (for large families or those who need a pound per day) Buying Bulk is the BEST way for you to ensure you’ll have healthy beef year round. We sell out each season.  Bulk and Family Packages (1/8, 1/4, 1/2 & Whole) are offered seasonally and available for delivery or pickup when in stock and a deposit is required for us to set aside a beef share prior to our seasonal harvest.  Click Here to Secure Your Beef.

Custom cut whole or half beef is available  seasoanlly for pre-orders. Our standard cut offers you the most variety and you can see our standard cut beef  hereContact us if you are interested in a custom cut half or whole and we will be happy to help.

Need storage tips?  Check out our freezer space and storage tips page.

Why Seasonal?  We firmly believe in raising our livestock naturally, without any chemicals or hormones. Our animals graze freely on a biodiverse pasture, expressing their natural behavior. We do not source animals from outside farms; instead, we care for them from birth. We maintain extremely high production standards and must schedule processing months in advance, as it takes two years for an animal to be ready for harvest. To ensure the availability of our high-quality beef, we open deposits up to six months in advance and notify subscribers through our newsletter. Sign up today to receive alerts and enjoy the best beef around.

Beef can be picked up at our farm or shipped. For more info about standard cut bulk or family packages click here. Purchasing a beef is an important decision.  Contact us with questions and we will be happy to assist you.

More info about each package and it’s availability can be found on our Market page under family packages.

Sampler bundles

A

Why a bundle?

Most of our beef goes toward our larger family packages, but each processing we set a side a limited number of sampler products. These boxes are offered as bundles and it’s the perfect way to try the beef before purchasing a larger box.

It’s important for us to use the beef from nose to tail. Each cut has it’s own nutritional value that should not got to waste.

When you see individual cuts from the grocery store or a butcher shop, most likely these cuts come from boxed beef.  This is beef from multiple locations across the country that has been processed and cut into primal portions of a beef and sold separately as individual portions made up of thousands of animals. Purchasing boxed beef allows stores to offer mass quantity of limited cuts such as steaks.

We take your beef from birth to harvest on our farm. This ensures full traceability of the production of your beef.  When we process a beef, we get the whole animal. Each beef has a limited number of steaks, roasts, marinade cuts, and ground beef. We bundle these cuts into packages as a breakdown of a whole beef.   Sampler boxes can range from 8-30 pounds (depending on -availability)  and can include steaks, roast, marinade cuts and ground beef and more.  Excess cuts (when available) are listed in the product add-ons section of our market page and can be added to your box. Sampler boxes are the perfect size for limited freezer space.

Bones & Organ Meats

We offer bones and organ meats and when available and they can be added to your box from the add-ons section of our market page.

Minimum Order $99 for Meats

There is a $99 order minimum on Perishable items. We are a small farm practicing whole butchery and therefore cannot operate the same as a  large commercial grocery chain. We are confident you will find enough delicious options to meet the order requirement while you stock up on healthy, nutritious, pasture raised meats.

There is no order minimum on Non Perishable items such as soap and tallow balm.

packaging details

Our Beef is 100% Grass Fed and Pasture Raised & Finished.  We use No Antibiotics and No Added Growth Hormones.

Beef is dry aged for approximately 14 days.  The dry aging process allows enzymes to break down muscle tissue while the meat is slowly dehydrating.  This process yields a more tender and flavorful beef than the typical wet aged beef which is most commonly found in the grocery store.  Cuts are flash frozen, and vacuum sealed and when stored propely the beef will stay fresh in your freezer for up to two years.

Shipped orders are packed using dry ice or cold packs and insulated to keep beef at safe temperatures.
