- 8 Pounds Pork Chops (approx) Chops are Bone In, Average 6-8 oz each, Packaged 2-3 Per Pack & Includes Blade, Rib and Loin Chops
- 25 Pounds Breakfast Sausage Mild (ground-packaged in approx 1lb packs)
- 5-6 Pounds Uncured Bacon 12-16oz packs (Thick Cut)
- Approx 2 Pounds Pork Leaf Fat

How it works:
- Place your 20% deposit to reserve your pork. This secures your seasonal supply.
- Pork will be ready in November – January
- We will send the invoice for the balance due when your box is ready. Payment is required prior to pickup or shipping.
- Box can be picked up at the farm or shipped. *Shipping charge (if applicable) is due at time of deposit. If you plan to pick up your box, choose the Local Pickup option, disregard the time listed because this is a pre-order. We will contact you to schedule a pickup date and time when your box is ready.
- Shipping & pickup dates will be scheduled in order of deposit receipt.
