Ingredients:
1-2 Lb stew beef
Seasonings:
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (1/2 teaspoon each per pound)

Beef Broth 1 cup Click for Beef Bone Broth Recipe
Instructions:
Season beef and add to a 9×9 baking dish. Add tallow and 1 cup of beef broth
Cover and bake at 325 degrees 3-4 hours until tender.
