Crustless quiche is low carb & delicious!  Pastured eggs and grass-fed beef go together beautifully for a hearty, nutrient dense, family meal. 


  • 1lb 100% gras-fed ground beef
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheddar
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 5 pastured eggs

Brown beef adding sea salt to taste and drain when done.

Cook broccoli (steam in microwave works well for a time saver)

Mix broccoli, beef, and cheese together and pour into backing dish. A 9×9 dish works well.

In a mixing bowl whisk eggs heavy cream and parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Pour over beef mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy!
