Ingredients:

  1. 2+LBSone in Short Ribs- Use 4+ LBS for larger meals. * uncooked bone-in short ribs yield approximately 50% meat after de-boning.
  2. Salt

 

  • Thaw short-ribs in the refrigerator
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  • Cut thawed short rib off bone. (Save the bones for soup stock or broth-)
  • Cut the short-ribs in to approx 3/4-1in cubes.
  • Add to baking dish/pan and spread out so the meat will cook evenly. *larger portions may require two dishes.
  • Season as desired ( we use salt only)
  • Bake at 350 1.5-2 hours until tender. (Internal temperature of 205F)
  • Remove from oven, Cover,  Rest 15-30 minutes and serve
